The Rattlesnake Derby
I like to watch the snakes in the pit,
But I don’t go on the buses and hunt them.
I like to ride the rides in the makeshift carnival,
But I won’t use the porta-potties.
I like to browse the vendors’ goods,
But I refuse to eat the rattlesnake chili.
